Ken Klingler: Manufacturing Manager
Ken joined our team in 2000. He loved the beauty of our log homes so much that he soon bought a custom Franklin and built it himself. Originally from Delran, New Jersey, he now lives in North Haverhill, New Hampshire with his wife, Marianne. He enjoys reading, juggling, and playing games on his xBox and computer every chance he gets.

David Hart - Mill Foreman

David Hart - Mill Foreman
David Hart learned his work ethic on his grandparents dairy farm and from the way his face lights up when talking about it, it was clearly a labor of love. Despite working two jobs, his primary one here at Coventry and his secondary one doing evening milking and chores on a local farm, his performance in the mill led to a substantial promotion. Congratulations David! Today, David helps his step father with excavating and enjoys working with his quarter horse and is making plans to extend the horse family. To decompress he can be found fourwheeling and feasting at family cookouts.

Matt is very sociable and has a lot of friends including a steady girlfriend.

Dale Frizzell

Dale FrizzleDale Frizzell came to us with plenty of construction and millwright experience. He was a Class A millwright for a construction firm and a lumber yard. He has lived in North Haverhill for over two decades and even built his own six-sided house from standing trees found on his own lot. He now lives in the house next door and did extensive renovations to it. Dale has rebuilt a few trucks from the 50s and enjoys tinkering on old tractors as well. He and his wife Gail can be found frequenting car shows and going on extensive motorcycle rides.
