We want to thank Juanita who assisted us from the very beginning when we first researched log homes. We appreciated her sales knowledge and her recommendations regarding the log home and its choices and considerations. We are in Florida building in Lincoln New Hampshire and the sale and the delivery of the product went very smoothly.

I honestly meant to write to you a few months ago, but somehow time has a way of moving on quickly.

My husband Gary and I wanted to build a log home and searched for quite a while, visiting and talking with many people. Each time, our expectations fell short EXCEPT for the time we stopped into Coventry and met Richard. He was so professional, personable and spent the time that we needed with him. Together (and with help from other engineers there) he helped us explore all options for our log home and its design.

May 10, 2007, our package came to us in VT. We were so thrilled and it is very beautiful. As a matter-of-fact, we are currently having the garage built for us by someone Richard had suggested.

We did have a few bumps in the road in that Gary and I selected a builder who we thought we could trust. We didn't know better. Thankfully, Richard was there to answer all of our questions and to support us when things did not go correctly. He knew a builder, who came to our rescue and is there today building the garage that I mentioned. He's great.

To sum it up, we are very pleased with Richard in all areas. All relatives and friends surely hear (and see) how pleased we are with Coventry. We will always recommend you and your company.

Keep up the good work. We are surely happy campers.
