Tomorrow and Friday my log home package is scheduled to be delivered to my property at Wood Thrush Acres in Whitefield, and I'm thrilled!!   But the real reason I'm writing is to tell you what a great job Richard did making this happen.   I'd be the first to admit I'm probably not the easiest person in the world to do this kind of project with: 

1) I'm super particular about the smallest detail.
2) My other half Joe is a builder so I probably think I know more than I really do!!     

 A little history!   Joe and I tried to put a package together a couple of years ago, but somehow it never got off the ground, and after further research, planning, and designing, I was within an inch of committing to one of your competitors.   But timing is everything, right?   Fortunately I received a letter from Richard asking if we'd like to reconsider Coventry. I responded to his mailing, and I'm really happy the way things turned out.   The reason my Coventry Log Home is being delivered this week is all due to the great --- the super -- customer service from Richard!!    (And because he introduced me to Dale Phelps!!)

Richard is soooo patient, he's polite, professional, kind, honest, articulate, and knowledgeable about your product and about log home construction.  Wow!!   If there was a question Richard couldn't answer, he was right back to me asap with info from either your engineering department (also great at what they do), or from his father in law (haha)!   I think you can be proud to have Richard Titorenko on your staff, Mark.   Now how about giving him a bonus, a raise, and a promotion for putting up with me the last few months??
