Through a Long Research Period |
"Through a long research period of log home companies, we discovered Coventry Log Homes. While there were plenty of plans to choose from, I really enjoyed designing our custom home. The quality of the materials that we received was excellent. But the customer service, oh my, that was of first rate quality that you don't receive in this day and age of slick marketing ploys and automated answering services.
We first met Debbie when we visited the model home. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. After our visit, we were sure we had made the right choice. Debbie was there with us for every step of the way ~ I am not a designer by any means, and she created from my sketches and cut-out photos a beautiful log home with a custom window kit that is simply beautiful and perfect for our family. Whether it was an email inquiry about shingle color or a phone call about yet another change in the plans, she went above and beyond the call of customer service. I felt that every last and smallest detail was as important to her as it was to me. Never once did I feel frustrated, confused, or concerned; this was a huge venture for us, a young couple with a new daughter building our first home, and Coventry Log Homes made the whole process very stress-free and simple for us.
After 5 months of living in our log home, I still feel that there is a quality about a log home that embraces you with comfort and warmth, much like the people at Coventry Log Homes. I have recommended your company to everyone who has even vaguely expressed the desire to build a home. I may never be able to live in a home without logs again.
