The entire process we experienced with Coventry was FLAWLESS from start to finish. Richard was our contact from day one and NEVER left any stone unturned. During the building of our Montana model, any questions or problems we encountered were professionally handled by Coventry, immediately. We were never left guessing on the procedure. The quality of the product was SUPERB, as stated by our contractor with 30 years of experience.
Now that the home is completed, we can see first hand how the product holds up to the harsh winters we have up here. Just recently, the outside temperature was at 7 degrees and the inside of the home held at 68 degrees, constant. This is truly unbelievable considering our only heating source is an airtight woodburning stove, no forced air, no electric heaters. The insulation factor on the log walls are positively second to none.
So, log home shoppers, if you are considering a log home product and don't approach Coventry, you seriously need to reconsider. Why not get the home done RIGHT the first time. Their product, support and professionalism can't be touched by any others, we know first hand.
In closing, Richard , Dave , Jeff and Mark , you made our dream come true. You honestly need to be applauded, and you are.
