Jeremy Elliott is caring and giving by nature, which explains his dedication and service to others in the lifestyle choices he’s made. Choices like serving his community as a town selectman, volunteering and getting certification to become a hunter safety and bow hunting instructor, and serving on the board of directors for Ammonoosuc Valley Fish & Game Club, and being counted as Pro Staff for Local Boys Outdoors.

Before coming to Coventry Jeremy worked for his dad’s carpentry business. They built every manner of homes including log homes. He also had a decade and a half of retail sales experience, which included owning and operating his own sporting goods store. It’s crystal clear his score for the Coventry readiness factor was high, but our CLH vice and president vouch for their baby cousins’ character as well. Jeremy is coming on 10 years as sales rep at CLH -- proof positive he is a valuable asset here.

This family man loves hanging with his human and fur companions, Stephanie and Mercedes and a house cat named Willow. The outdoors hold lots of entertainment value for them and they do get out there to enjoy it every chance they get in every season too!

Our process started with lots of research on the internet trying to decide which log home supplier would be the best to go with, followed up with phone calls, emails.

We decided to go with Coventry Log Homes because of their selection of homes and the web site was fantastic to learn how all the components were made and put together as well as their fast response to my calls and emails. I visited their office and factory in Woodsville NH where my wife and I were taken around and the complete process was thoroughly explained to us, making of logs, samples provided. The customer service that was provided by Jeremy Elliott and office staff was phenomenal from the first phone call close to two years before purchase through delivery and continuing support during construction.

The day of delivery they arrived on time and was made easy by the way the trucks were spaced. Drivers were helpful with the unloading. All materials were covered and protected.
Through the course of construction I was amazed how accurate the materials delivered turned out to be. I was not short on any materials what so ever. The quality of the materials were unbelievable.

Looking for the perfect log home was a journey that took us to Coventry approximately three years ago. Our first encounter came when a phone call was placed to Coventry after looking at several other companies. Speaking to one of your representatives sparked our interest in your company and we decided to meet the representative in person at a log home show in Hartford CT. At the home show we met Russell Haney. From the first meeting we felt comfortable with not only the company’s philosophy but also with the price, which is also something very important during these economic times. It was what we were able to afford and all that we were going to receive that impressed us. We decided to drive 5 hours to meet with Russell and view a Coventry Log Home. We were impressed with the friendly attitude of the staff, and we often speak of visiting Woodsville again. It was one of the most beautiful weekends we have experienced. Once our visit was over we knew we had found the company we would be working with. Things don’t always go as planned and issues in our life came up and delayed our plans to build our dream home. One thing remained the same we knew that when the time came we would still contact Coventry.

Everything finally came together for us and we made the call to Coventry. The phone call to Coventry informed us that Russell was not with the company anymore and we would now be talking to Jeremy Elliott. Jeremy assured us that our dealings with Coventry would still be just as comfortable an experience with him, and he was right. Jeremy is a true professional, and a dedicated Coventry representative. Our questions and concerns where always handled in a quick and efficient way. We knew that if Jeremy could not answer the question he would always find the answer for us. Keeping us informed and helping us feel at ease were just a few of the ways Jeremy went above and beyond. The day of delivery we finally knew that the decision we made three years ago was the right decision. There were no surprises, we were impressed with the delivery crew and happy that all materials came in undamaged and were more than we expected. Our home is about to be completed and we could not be happier, it is a dream come true for all, and would not have been possible without your companies help. For our guests to have a vacation home is something we thought we could not afford, but because your company works hard to make this possible for families like ours we are eternally grateful, Thank you to all who were involved in making our dream come true. I can’t express how impressed I am with you and your team. I have never built anything in my life and decided to build this log home dream myself. Even though I built my foundation out of steel you continually helped me get it done. I had adverse weather conditions that would not cut me a break and still you talked me through it. You even called me to give me cell phone numbers if I had any problems during July long weekend as you knew you would not be in the office. This kind of service is hard to find this day and age. I even changed the design a little mid stream and your engineering department helped make the changes with no problems. I have and will continue to tell people of your product and service. I was left not needing anything to completion of the project. All equipment and parts were there with easy to read instructions. Sorry for phoning so often but you always answered with the right answer and a happy greeting, but I would never have done it without your patience and help. Hope to see you here to do a little hunting in the future.
